At present, a company's total payment to its directors and managing agent, secretaries and treasurers or manager in any financial year can't exceed 11 per cent of the net profit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"The proposal that has come before Parliament does not have any cap. The Parliamentary Committee will take a final review and would take a decision. But the prevailing atmosphere in the world, from the US all the way to India, is today inclined towards some restrictions. Now whether that is necessary to apply a legislation or is there some other way of achieving it is something that has to be considered," Khurshid said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;these issue will be under consideration.. as a common human view of the people realy it creats the disparity in social sector they must have to pay the best salary but it must be on the basis of the profit rather than the basic salary...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had put to rest the controversy by saying, "Our government as such has not taken a view on this. But as if we see his good work then his wrong work is small in comparision to our Beurocrat and Politician.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He is guilty in this case a lot of person are finger out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As per his good work is concern he provided a lot Job opportunity.&lt;br /&gt;He earn alot foreign currency.&lt;br /&gt;He paid a lot Taxes to Indian government.&lt;br /&gt;He set up so many company for emloyment as well as infrstrcuture development.&lt;br /&gt;He represented India In Many country as INtelligent ITians and BUsiness TYcoon.&lt;br /&gt;He also contributed a lot of money to charity work as well as for the social contribution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we  try to see the negetive side of his work:&lt;br /&gt;1. He make the wrong balance sheet with help  of AUDITOR( AGAIN POLICY and LOOPHOLE of government  system.&lt;br /&gt;2. The same thing and similar things going on all over the world but without any information.&lt;br /&gt;As we know that in India as well as most of the developing economy having some drawback like corruption and black money which hide and posses by the most of the influential person’s accounts in international bank.&lt;br /&gt;During the 1991 India was facing very big economic crisis that time Manmohan Singh suggested to government that to legalize the Gold if they will deposit in government bank by paying anything.&lt;br /&gt;Similarly they took some decision to just run country economy. Is this possible in India. Most of the Important post like Civil Servant, MP, MLA present and former as well as minister and some of the mediocre having a lot of illegal money but they are not able to use it directly because of taxing process as well as some constitutional reason. But they have huge amount as well as property in India and abroad.&lt;br /&gt;In the same pattern most of the African country and Asian country have same kind of people but they are a bit afraid to enjoy the money.&lt;br /&gt;If really government wants to move the market they have to give some flexibility to them to invest the money by some way government will not ask the queries as well as they can also invest their money in share, property, as well as jewelery and some other developing work.&lt;br /&gt;I hope this huge amounts really some how move the sick industry which don’t have work. The real state divert the money which they collect from 1st project and spending on third or fourth without thinking about the first.&lt;br /&gt;Traders are taking the order from vendor and supplier in the same way as real state.&lt;br /&gt;People are mad for money to invest in financial market their hard core money.&lt;br /&gt;Oil sector and steel prices fluctuating and increasing like it will never come back.&lt;br /&gt;Employees salary increasing like leaps and bounds employe offering without thinking how they will cover the money.&lt;br /&gt;Price rise was in the same row. and started blaming to the system and government.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;recently i was in Kenya for some business tour with my very close friend cum mentor. we ware in bar cum restaurant just chatting about the global crisis, one of the intellectual waiter of the hotel was also their chatting with one of the European business man.&lt;br /&gt;as per the routine of the human being the waiter was blaming the government for the corruptions. same time as a habit of the intellectual person the European guys speak a sentence that corruption keeps things moving. it is good for the system.&lt;br /&gt;this sentence still penetrating in my mind.&lt;br /&gt;but when i started to understand the word really it makes me to understand it. why and where the corruption is good and where it is harmful for the progress of the country.&lt;br /&gt;why it is good and why it is bad.&lt;br /&gt;If a business man will start to follow the 100% rules ans system he can not do the business. if all the government officer start to follow the system everything will be stop. &lt;br /&gt;Like if builder will start to follow 100% rules he can not construct the building and if the Government officer will be loose then that building will kill a lot of the people.&lt;br /&gt;yes corruption is acceptable if it will not harm the system. really i am very happy to learn the lesson from the Gentleman.&lt;br These proposals can be made by independent innovators or by start-up firms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scope &amp;amp; Support&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·         Proposals to convert an original idea/invention/know-how into working prototype/process.&lt;br /&gt;·         Proposals to demonstrate novel delivery models to take S&amp;amp;T innovations to rural India. &lt;br /&gt;·         Maximum support under this category is Rs 15,00,000/- subject to 90% of approved project cost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mechanism&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·         Initially, the proposals will be screened at the point of receipt by TePP secretariat or TUC. &lt;br /&gt;·         The proposals after initial Screening are assigned to officers at DSIR and TIFAC(DST) for evaluation or will be evaluated by the concerned TUC. &lt;br /&gt;·         The evaluated proposals are put forth to TSC for consideration. The TSC recommends the proposal for TePP support, while TPB gives approval for TePP support on file for release of necessary grant. &lt;br /&gt;·         The applicant has to sign "Terms &amp;amp; Conditions" prior to the actual release of grants-in-aid.&lt;br /&gt;·         For grant above Rs 5 lakhs, project will be divided into phases with clear deliverables at the end of each phase. The project will be continued into the next phase only if the performance in the preceding phase was satisfactory. &lt;br /&gt;·         The first release is based on assessment of need by TSC and subsequent releases are based on assessment by project monitoring committee/ authorized TUC.&lt;br /&gt;·         Project completion/ closure will be reported to TSC for feedback and record. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Limiting conditions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·         The proposals involving software development, only patenting and for basic scientific research having no immediate commercial implications will not be accepted for consideration under TePP. Software Embedded projects and patenting along with prototype development are eligible for support. Innovative S&amp;amp;T delivery models will also be eligible. &lt;br /&gt;·         Faculty/student research projects will not be supported, however faculty start-ups and student entrepreneurs will be eligible if they have the right to commercially exploit the technology.&lt;br /&gt;·         Proposals of grass root innovators, herbal products (developed by grass root innovators), school children projects will be taken by NIF and not under TePP. Proposals to scientifically test the efficacy and toxicity of herbal formulations developed by innovator (other than grass root innovator) will be eligible for support. Process standardization will also be eligible for support after proving efficacy and non-toxicity.&lt;br /&gt;·         The proposals from the owner of a ‘Start-up’ company/industry may be considered for TePP support, if the annual turnover of the company/industry doesn’t exceed Rs. 45.00 lakhs per annum.&lt;br /&gt;·         Individuals working in organizations &amp;amp; having innovative ideas may apply for TePP support by furnishing a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer.&lt;br /&gt;·         Manpower costs are based on actual &amp;amp; not exceeding 20% of the total project cost. Innovator’s salary and rental expenses for use of own facilities are not eligible for support.&lt;br /&gt;·         Travel costs are based on actual &amp;amp; not exceeding 5% of the total project cost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Phase II: Supplementary TePP Fund&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Eligibility&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·         Innovators who have successfully completed TePP Phase-I projects are eligible. These proposals can be made by individuals or jointly with their business partners.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scope &amp;amp; Support&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·         Proposals aim at improving transferability potential of innovations supported under Phase-I, by carrying out such value added work like adding product features, protection by patenting, aesthetic design etc, as desired by business partner. &lt;br /&gt;·         Maximum support under this category is Rs 7,50,000/- subject to 90% of approved project cost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mechanism&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;·         Proposals will be submitted to TePP and will be screened and evaluated by TePP officials at DSIR and TIFAC.&lt;br /&gt;·         The evaluated proposals are put forth to Screening Committee for consideration. The &lt;br /&gt;·         The applicant has to sign "Terms &amp;amp; Conditions" prior to the actual release of grants-in-aid.&lt;br /&gt;·         TePP Screening Committee(TSC) recommends the proposal for TePP support, while TPB gives approval for TePP support on file for release of necessary grant. These proposals can be made by independent innovators.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scope &amp;amp; Support&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· TS is for micro budget innovations and is also given as initial support to TPF applicants to work further on their ideas to the point they can be considered under TPF.&lt;br /&gt;· Selected projects will be provided financial support to initiate a promising development, prove functionality by a lab model/ computer model/mathematical model, apply for patenting etc.&lt;br /&gt;· Maximum support under this category is Rs. 75,000/- subject to 90% of approved project cost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mechanism&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Initially, the proposals will be screened for completeness at the point of receipt, by TePP secretariat or by the coordinators of TUCs (TePP Outreach centres).&lt;br /&gt;· The proposals after initial Screening are assigned to officers at DSIR and TIFAC (DST) for evaluation or evaluated by the concerned TUC.&lt;br /&gt;· Complete and evaluated proposals will be discussed in the TSC (TePP Screening Committee) and those recommended for support by TSC will be submitted on file to TePP Promotion Board (TPB) for approval and finally sanction will be released to those that are approved by the Board. The applicant has to sign "Terms &amp;amp; Conditions" prior to the actual release of grants-in-aid.&lt;br /&gt;· The first release is based on assessment of need by TSC and subsequent releases are based on assessment by project monitoring committee/ concerned TUC. Each of approved projects will be monitored by TUC/ other network partner by including technical expert(s). TUC will be periodically reporting project status to the TSC.&lt;br /&gt;· Project completion/ closure will be reported to TSC for feedback and record.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Limiting conditions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· The proposals involving software development, only patenting and for basic scientific research having no immediate commercial implications will not be accepted for consideration under TePP. Software Embedded projects and patenting along with prototype development are eligible for support. Innovative S&amp;amp;T delivery models will also be eligible.&lt;br /&gt;· Faculty/student research projects will not be supported, however faculty start-ups and student entrepreneurs will be eligible if they have the right to commercially exploit the technology.&lt;br /&gt;· Proposals of grass root innovators, herbal products (developed by grass root innovators), school children projects will be taken by NIF and not under TePP. Proposals to scientifically test the efficacy and toxicity of herbal formulations developed by innovator (other than grass root innovator) will be eligible for support. Process standardization will also be eligible for support after proving efficacy and non-toxicity.&lt;br /&gt;· The proposals from the owner of a ‘Start-up’ company/industry may be considered for TePP support, if the annual turnover of the company/industry doesn’t exceed Rs. 45.00 lakhs per annum.&lt;br /&gt;· Individuals working in organizations &amp;amp; having innovative ideas may apply for TePP support by furnishing a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer.&lt;br /&gt;· Manpower costs are based on actual &amp;amp; not exceeding 20% of the total project cost. Innovator’s salary and rental expenses for use of own facilities are not eligible for support.&lt;br /&gt;· Travel costs are based on actual &amp;amp; not exceeding 5% of the total project cost.&lt;br /&gt;· TS is not an award for work done but a grant for work to be done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Phase II: Seamless Scale-up Support for TePP&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Eligibility&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Innovators who have successfully completed TePP Phase-I projects are eligible. These proposals can be made by individuals or jointly with sponsoring organizations&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scope &amp;amp; Support&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Proposals aim at incubating enterprise promoted by TePP Phase-I Innovator. Activities aim at improving market access of innovations supported under Phase-I, by carrying out such value added work like adding product features, protection by patenting, aesthetic design, limited production for market seeding etc, as per approved business plan.&lt;br /&gt;· Maximum support under this category is Rs 45,00,000/- subject to 50% of approved project cost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mechanism&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· The innovators will be presenting their achievements in Phase-I and plans for commercialization to TePP&lt;br /&gt;· The proposals are assigned to officers at DSIR and TIFAC(DST) for evaluation.&lt;br /&gt;· The evaluated proposals are put forth to TSC for consideration. Design: In this phase a prototype solutions are design for the clients based on the above requirements. In this case project manager will design the module for the clients’ confirmation to development of the project.&lt;br /&gt;3. Development: it is the most time consuming phase. This steps involved-&lt;br /&gt;i.                     writing software code&lt;br /&gt;ii.                   constructing hardware&lt;br /&gt;iii.                  building data base&lt;br /&gt;iv.                 Writing user interface.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If this phase is not properly executed it means there are gap between the clients requirement analysis and developer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Testing: When solution has been built up the tester will match the clients requirement check all the condition. There are various types of testing includes system;&lt;br /&gt;i.                     system&lt;br /&gt;ii.                   load&lt;br /&gt;iii.                  performance&lt;br /&gt;iv.                 security&lt;br /&gt;v.                   user interface testing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Implementation :After completion of the testing this is last phase where the project is going to implement in real system.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So final “check and Balance” in this case the project gives the result as the clients’ requirement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are the common type of the project management phases.
