When I joined office after 3 days find that my #mail-box have 200 mails, and I have to be ready to join office in short time and last two days some visitor also schedule for the meeting, Office staff have some planning issue.
As mail is important task in office so I decided to check the mail first, while traveling i scrolled mail find only 20 mail was relevant for me remaining 180 was just test as routinu.
So I decided to read the relevant mail and remaining non business mail to delete.
Some method i used to clean my Inbox:
1. Search the address of the 1st mail and find that 7 mail with same ID select and deleted.
2. Then our office mail domain segregated read and note the relevant information.
3. Ad mail mark as spam.
After cleaning my mail box i decided when i have free time i will scroll the mail at night , better to close on same day.
